Hawkins Brown have transformed the derelict Victorian Warehouse at 53 Great Suffolk Street into contemporary office space, which spans across 40,000 sq ft. The interior strategy was to avoid painted plasterboard and instead design a space that incorporates materials in their honest form. The client specified our Meshtec Airport range for the ceiling panels, which compliments the raw nature of the building and stays true to the original design.
